In Southeast Sulawesi there tends to be 2 dry seasons and 2 wet seasons during the year. The 2 wet seasons range from April through July and December through February. During these months, the waves tend to be a little higher than usual, making boat rides a little rougher between islands. The 2 dry seasons are August through November and February and March. However, there are years where rainy season begins earlier or later, so always be prepared for rain just in case. Average temperatures are between 88-93 degrees Fahrenheit for highs and 78-85 degrees for lows year-round.
